This shows more ignorance. English clubs weren't banned due to what some Liverpool fans did. How could they be? They were banned as there was a hooligan culture which resulted in hooliganism from English clubs. Heysel was the straw that broke the camels back. Hence why Liverpool got the longer ban.

You need to do some reading before talking about stuff you don't understand.
