For all United's issues, lack of cohesion, boring style, negative player, lack of forward planning in the transfer market.
All it would take is a a swift change in approach from Mourinho or a new manager in and that top 10 could easily have 3/4 United players on it.

Even last year 35 goals and assists in 42 games is mightily impressive with no consistent striker and playing with bakayoko and co.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Salah has scored and assisted in the PL more over one season than hazard has in two

I'd rather watch Zaha than most players in the PL, he's so entertaining i don't think even he knows what he's going to do at times. Not a wum at all, just personal opinion on a player who gets me off my seat.

Salah plays in an attacking team, wth better players and doesnt have to drop to basically CB to pick up the ball. Salahs been a phenomenon this year.

OP said every year:
1. Salah
2. KDB
3. Kane
4. DDG
5. Kante
6. Aguero
7. Erikson
8. D Silva
9. Fernandinho
10. Firmino
----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Aww your upset I didn't include Hazard?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why would I be upset? It made me laugh.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was basing mine on last season only
Hazard
Silva
De Bruyne
Salah
Eriksen
Kante
Mahrez
Sanchez
Aguero
Sane
in no real order.
GKs and defenders meh
Somehow i forgot Sane and Sterling existed. Probably because Sterling has been keeping such a low profile
Revised list
1. De Bruyne
2. Salah
3. Hazard
4. Silva
5. Kane
6. Eriksen
7. Aguero
8. Firmino
9. Sterling
10. Sane
Actually strangely wish hazard to go to a city or liverpool to see him in an attacking team. Guy basically does mane/sane and silva/ozil roles in one
Kane
Salah
Hazard
KDB
Silva ( David )
Eriksen
Sane
Sanchez
Kante
Mane
No particular order

Kane
Salah
Hazard
KDB
Silva ( David )
Eriksen
Sane
Sanchez
Kante
Mane
No particular order
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sanchez (Davinson) ?
Kane isnt as naturally talented all hard work and sublime finishing which comes with endless practice. Kante gets in because he is extremely unique
kantes wonderful on the ball too, great dribbling. If he chipped in with a few more goals he'd be unstoppable.
KDB
Hazard
Silva
De Gea
Kane
Kante
Eriksen
Salah
Toby
Verts
if a centre back makes the list it would have to be Jan Vertonghen.

4. D.Silva
5. DDG
6. Salah
7. Eriksen
8. Kante
9. Aguero
10. Auba
Had to miss out Jan & Toby, Mane, Walker, Sanchez and *probably* Pogba.

if i actually read the OP and not just made up my own rules Kane would have been in my list, yes.
Based on ability alone, not whether their manager is a useless feckwit who can't get the best out of the player:
1. David de Gea
2. Kevin De Bruyne
3. Paul Pogba
4. Sergio Aguero
5. Harry Kane
6. David Silva
7. Mo Salah
8. Eden Hazard
9. Virgil van Dijk
10. Christian Eriksen

De Gea
De Bryne
De Ligt
De Silva
De Kane
De Eriksen
De Salah
De Aguero
De Kante
De Sanchez
Pogba maybe if its freestyle.
Can't be trusted in an 11v11 game not to go wandering and leave his team exposed.
I honestly never understand why Firmino gets so much praise. He s an ok player, granted, but Liverpool could upgrade him easily and should be looking to do so.
My 10 in no order:
1) Kane
2) Eriksen
3) Silva
4) De Bruyne
5) Aguero
6) Salah
7) Mane
8) Kante
9) Hazard
10) DDG
