Your squad is around the same level as Everton's with a few slightly better players in the starting eleven. That's why you finished sixth. Not only that but you've bought nobody of note.
Liverpool already had a much better squad than Arsenal, hence finishing fourth whilst juggling a run to the CL final. Then we signed three players for the first eleven and cover for Salah. Why GB is putting him in midfield I don't know.
On the article I can't see Salah scoring as many as he did last season as he'll have more attention but then that opens up space for others to get more goals.

I think it will be more difficult for Salah this season as teams will have more ideas around how to shackle him. That doesn't mean he will score less though, weirdly this is one of the things I'm looking forward to seeing this season (weird bcos I have no real interest in Lpool).
I still think Kane will out score him next year.

In fact there is a vast gap between the squads in terms of quality and numbers, hence Arsenal being way behind. Not only that but we've strengthened considerably whilst Arsenal signed old players who were considered past it by their previous clubs.
It's not even close.

You didn't even get to the final in it ffs.
When we were in the Europa we played United, Dortmund and Sevilla, who had won it three times in a row. You played a load of part time farmers and the first good team you came up against you got mauled.

That's fine. Other players will find more space then and the goals will be spread more. I doubt teams will play deeper as most were already camped in their own box, so that isn't possible. Unless the top teams start doing it also.

Salah may score more. He missed quite a few chances. His movement is exceptional. Why people churn out this myth "figure him out" ill never understand. Surely after 10/15 games last season he was "figured out"? Why only wait til after season is over to work him out
