Don’t get the people not rating Klopp, selling out doesn’t make him a bad manager

Coming to Liverpool and reinvesting a £142m transfer fee and using our normal budget on top of that is selling out?

Mate the guy won 2 Bundesliga titles and reached a CL final spending around 20m total over years.

You expect him to do that in England too?

Arsenal fans acting like they’d have chosen Emery over Klopp. Where do you even start? Klopp turned down Man United, Bayern etc.

You lot were actually dreaming of Klopp taking over years ago if I remember correctly. Never heard Emerys name tbh

Most of us would have taken Eddie Howe over Wenger tbh

He was in my top 11, that's not that bad. Thing is as things stand he's spent a lot of money with Liverpool and not won anything, that can all change this season though and he'll move into the top 10 if it does

Klopp had a great reputation, with that Dortmund side. But he's been on the slide ever since.

Good manager but not among the elite coaches.

Agreed, he was an up and comer with the potential to be elite but his ideas have stagnated since then.

Now he's finally compromising his values and selling out he might be able to do something different though.

There's nothing wrong with him selling out, tbh. Klopp is tactically a limited coach. There's only so many times you can bear hug the players to boost their potential. At least Klopp has quickly admitted his limitations and decided to spend his way to success.

Klopp is tactically limited?

I concede this ‘debate’.....fml!

If he wasn't limited he'd have managed to win one of the many finals he's been in lately

It's weird how blinkered some fans get when discussing their own players/coaches.

Certainly is. I mean I can see that despite Emery's supreme tactical nous and vast experience of winning, he has weird hair!
