nice to know we're at least looking
Too injury prone, no wonder we're trying to replace him with MackQuire.
I really like Bailey, he's direct which is something Willian often isn't. Think he'd work well under Sarri.
Still quite raw in some aspects, but that's to be expected given he's only 20 years old.

Ummmmm. The world does not revolve around Man U. Still I suppose it could've been worse. You could've said he's not a bad goalie for a South African but too old now.

Willian not direct....really
It's a weird one with Willian as he can be direct and that's probably when he's at his best, bit far too often does all the hard work, stops and cuts it back or slows it down and allows defenders to get back into position

yeah, other than on fast breaks, willian goes sideways a lot, slows the play down and cuts back in. Does it a lot.
When in possession, Willian is not direct; he always tries to beat a man, then cuts back, then does it again, 80% of the time he just lays it off to the edge of the box.
On the counter he's direct, yes, but I don't think we're going to be player counter attacking football this season.
Willian won't suit Sarris system one bit, Like Charlag has said... He just stands his man up and does his flick to the right just to then come back and try and bear him again... Willian is much more effective on the left cutting in getting shots off but with Hazard there he won't get a sniff.
We need a left footed right winger.
Bailey is the man.
£45m is the new £25m... Get it done Marina!
Fake news
Unless replacing someone we are not signing anyone else
Would be a good signing but doubt it'll happen.
Sarri only seems to be interested in signing players from Serie A
Is Fekir a good option to pursue if Chelsea don't sign Bailey?

I think he’d be a better option, looks unlikely to happen though. Has the close control, playmaking ability, goal threat, durability, and entering his prime.
I assumed our interest in Bailey would have been as a replacement for Willian. But now Barcelona have signed Malcolm, who knows if Willian will even leave. I have to say, I think we handled that poorly - although that's hardly a surprise). We should have accepted Barcelona's bid for Willian.

You’d think it would be logical to sell him for £55-60m at 30 years old and get any one of Felipe Anderson (£35m), Malcom (£30m) or Gelson Martins (free!!) who are all young right sided players who will probably get to Willian’s level if not there already.
Kunta Kante what are your views on Richarlison?Could he have been a good option in Chelsea squad for Chelsea for the near future?
