I genuinely can't take Povetkin seriously after the Price fight
Everytime i hear the name i just get the flashback to him being sent so far back to that turnbuckle

Didn't Price beat or knock down Fury and AJ in the amateurs or in sparring?
Surprised Haye didn't mention that he'd sparred Takam tonight

Big learning experience for Whyte, another 12 rounds and took a hell of a lot of big shots again. Needs to try sort his balance out and stamina
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm always amazed by how chubby he is in fights. Most top level heavyweights have a much lower body fat percentage, but Whyte is always fairly flabby. If he lost all that blubber he's be lighter and faster, and would improve his stamina through not having to carry all that extra weight.
Seems odd how the Eddie Hearn stable have all of sudden developed punching power. From Whyte, Bellew and the all the way to Khan.

Fury has become annoying now.
Warren was the who confirmed it first though Guv before Fury even spoke, he broke it
Warren will put Fury v Wilder on in the Copperbox Arena with Bradley Skeete on the undercard

I can see Wilder vs Fury happening. It's a weird move for Fury to take this fight as early as this but when was anything ever straightforward in Fury's career.
I'd like to see Whyte get a shot at Wilder now though, he fully deserves his shot, especially as he was already the WBC ranked No1 contender before the Parker fight.
Then again you can fully understand why Wilder would rather fight a near totally inactive Fury than a very active Dillian Whyte.
does anybody think that this Wilder vs Fury fight was agreed months ago? - and the fans have been played a bit on this (not that I'm complaining) but it doesn't take Hearn long to close deals for fights, certainly not where AJ is concerned with all the money thats at steak.. I think this has all been done to create the super fight between Fury and AJ in April, Fury having 1 belt, billed as 'coming for my other belts' and AJ saying 'just one more belt and I'm undisputed'....
Maybe, or Hearn also said something like you bring Wilder's bet to the table you'll get 50%. Because i love fury, and he did technically never lose his belts in the ring, and is undefeated etc etc, but lets be blunt and real, he has no belts, and if he goes to fight AJ bringing nothing to the table but some lineal title, he aint getting a 50% and can't really command one, especially if AJ was already undisputed champ by then
Fury says it’s done providing he beats pianatettea

Wouldn't be the first time Fury has talked rubbish though would it. Until its on BBC, I ain't believing it. I really hope Whyte gets his crack at Wilder - he more than deserves it. Showed real character on Saturday.
Wilder says it's all but done too for late november
