This, he’s genuinely got so many strong elements to his game. Obviously pacy and can beat a man, but you could say this about 90% of young wingers..what he has two-footedness, durability/strength, he’s quite tall and yet still very balanced (I was surprised to find out he’s 6”0), good delivery off both feet. Vision/playmaking ability too, when he cuts inside in middle third, he’s capable of picking runs out. And so far he’s unbelievably composed / just fits in well for a 17 year old? Perhaps the last player to do that for us in Chelsea first team was McEachran.
For instance Ampadu and Bulka (both have also done very well in pre season btw) have the odd subtle nervy moment where maybe you can tell they’re 17, not with CHO. Genuinely believe if CHO was at a Dortmund, Leipzig or Monaco he’d be seen as one of the best young wingers his age by fans of other clubs/media. Even outside of our club as an England prospect, probably less known than Foden or Sancho (his peers) but oh well. Looking likely we have him and Hazard for Lw and Pedro and Willian for RW
Januzaj and Delefou were just as good at the same age. He is a super prospect and I am excited too, but over the years I have seen so many young players who appear destined for great things. Many of them don’t make it. I just hope the club manage him the best they can. Certainly deserves an appearance on the CS and in all our EL games.

I have to disagree, Other than Januzajs 2 goals against Sunderland in that game he has the game of his life, He wasn't all that.

It’s just too early to be claiming the guy is going to be a superstar. Prevseason games are so far removed from the real thing, I think he is a very exciting prospect and o think he should get some first team opportunities this season, but It is miles too soon to be making such claims

Well he deserves to start on the CS at Wembley. He should play in all our EL games and certainly deserves to be in our PL match day squad. If he gets domestic cup opportunities as well that can be a lot of first team appearances .
I think Hudson-Odoi is a really special talent. I hope we don't loan him out and that we use the Europa League to give him a run of starts this season with a view to him becoming a very important player for us in future seasons.

The games Hudson-Odoi came on last season, Most notably against Newcastle in the cup and Bournemouth when the game was already lost he stood out and looked a real live wire. Too often youngsters get a chance and they try and play it too safe, Solanke and Ruben spring to mind.
Yeah CHO has been good, but I remember kenedy's sub appearances being even better and with a couple goals chucked in too. So we willl have to see. Could be a perfect deputy this season for hazard/willian and pedro.
Quite tall BK was saying aswell, so Could even play an interchange between hazard CHO and pedro/willian which is some of the best stuff(although against poorer teams)we've played the last few years

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd have to disagree with that as well Biggish. Sorry but I don't see any parallel at all between those players!

It’s just too early to be claiming the guy is going to be a superstar. Prevseason games are so far removed from the real thing, I think he is a very exciting prospect and o think he should get some first team opportunities this season, but It is miles too soon to be making such claims
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now that I do agree with Biggish!
Time will tell but the early signs look good but then again as KK said so did McEkkers - I just hope we don't ruin him with endless loans as we did Josh!
