That's a huge 3 points after last years start and away performances. Now to keep it up week after week
What a great start. I only hope that gives the guys a lot of faith from this result and keep it up.
Rode our luck at times, set piece won it, wheater header and wildschut finish. Thought wba over passed it which helps us. If they played more direct would have won.
Well, Guys, I have to go and prep dinner. Have a great weekend but don't drink too much.
Well we have already matched last seasons away win total.
Surprise result of any season. West Bromwich are a very good Championship side and should win the title with 109+ points.
I just can't believe what happened. Did Bolton get lucky? Did West Bromwich miss a plethora of chances?
Wolves - who we are told are not as good as West Bromwich - managed to win 5-1 last season. There are literally thousands of us scratching our heads.
Well played Bolton.
Going to be a long long season at the Albion.
Great win for the Trotters! Hope you have softened them up for Forest next Tuesday 👍🏼
Anyone going to give PP done credit? You lot are a little hard on him!

Some credit too...
I give him credit, Will. Plenty here will refuse, though. Some seem to enjoy complaining about him more than they enjoy watching us win.
Back to the UOBS to face Bristol City next Saturday .
Watch out for not for sale at any price statements this week as Yellow Ticker Tape Day arrives on Thursday Kens legal bills don't come cheap you know.

I have noticed. Cousin is a Trotter and is little harsh on him too. For keeping Bolton up last season he should be well in credit, surely?
Definitely deserves credit, especially considering the transfer restrictions we have had. He did a brilliant job keeping us up under such negative conditions.
That's the worry, beevers or vela being sold. Ken has said beevers not for sale but said the same about madine.
I have a funny feeling the Trotters are going to have a storming year. I have you top ten! Wildschutt could be the key and Hobbs/Wheater/Beevers could be a wallet the back.
Last year 2 points from 11 games.
This year 3 points from 1.
Only caught what Dowie said on Sky but he recons we deserved the win for our gritty determination.
I have Beevers odds on yellow ticker after he was heard talking to swie about building your own lodge.
At least we can't sell wildschut. We'll Ken could try. Got more attacking options now to come off the bench and win games. Add the Turkish Messi when fit. Would be nice to spend the season in the top 10 than in a 4 team mini league. Let's see what Ken does if he strengthens.
Well done Phil Parkinson,I was the one who always backed you. Promotion, stability, Promotion in 3 seasons.
