RLC only recently returned to full training, he'll be playing vs Lyon in midweek along with others that require some match fitness which were possibly not named on the bench.
Bakayoko can go, same with Drinkwater.
I know he's young and needs time but Hudson-Odoi was dreadful yesterday.
His fault for the 2nd Goal aswel

Too harsh, he was the only one willing to run with the ball and up against Walker who's too quick himself.
I swear CHO was the only with the attempt on goal, says something about the rest of them.
And, you can't blame him for the 2nd goal, fair enough he gave the ball away but all Rudiger had to do was go with Aguero's run but he's too busy playing offside with the other clown next to him.

I thought he looked really nervous in that first half and it was a shame as he needed to run at Walker to cause him problems and the one time he did he managed to get that shot off.
Reason why I think it was his fault for the 2nd goal was we countered and instead of passing to some of the options he had he lost the ball with half our midfield in attack, they broke and the gap between midfield and defence was massive.
Being fair, I'd actually say no one played well yesterday. there were worse players, Morata for example, but no one had a good game.
and I like Drinkwater as a player but bringing him on as a sub makes me realise just how poor our entire squad is.
Without Kante and Hazard we are a bang average mid table team IMO
Caballero was our best player which explains the story of the game.
We'll definitely be a better side with Hazard and Kante but there's still too many problems that need addressing starting with Morata
No Emerson either, was quite disappointed not to see him.

He's just another Kenedy, so don't be too disappointed.
Could maybe see Azpi going back to LB and Zappa coming in before long.

That will ruin the balance, as a right footed LB will just cut in all the time, therefore causing an even more lack of width which is already evident in our play.
I thought Hudson-Odoi looks like he has a lot of potential. Your best player yesterday imo
