This line that the only reason he wants to leave is for his kids is bullshlt tbh. Obviously it’s a big part but if it were the only factor then he would sign a contract at Chelsea with the condition we allow him to leave for the right price.
Pretty sure he doesn’t need to fk Chelsea over to be able to move to Madrid and see his kids. He just doesn’t want to admit what he’s really up to, hence why he hasn’t admitted he wants to leave all season and is now avoiding the club and talking through his agent. He clearly has wanted to leave for ages but would never admit it, preferring to hide behind “I want to talk about it after ____” and then when the time comes he still avoids it.
He’s a spineless coward. Would’ve had no problem with him leaving if he’d gone about it like a man.
