We are solid enough with a back 4, no need to lose an attacking player imo.

Haven't seen Sadiq yet but if he's as frustrating as we are lead to believe and Morelos is just Morelos that front two will cause a heart attack

Can't see us going 3 at the back, Flano will be cover for both FB areas and new boy cup tied for Europe, John will go on loan, just need CB cover, another option up top and still quietly hoping for a quality number 10 especially if Windass goes

Morelos / New Signing

then we have likes of McCrorie, Haliday, New CB, Docherty, Dorrans, Rossiter all there as back up

He's too good a player to be used as cover Stevie IMO

Using Tav and Boma as wing backs is a no-brainer, they both appear to have good engines and could run the wings all day
I would rather they did that knowing they have cover behind them from Kat and Flan

Docherty needs to go, he's Lillian Gish.

I bet Dorrans improves this season not being asked to be conductor in the midfield. Never been his game.

I'd have

Flanagan - Goldson - Katic - Barisic

I don't doubt he will use that at some point, but would be stupid v your Hamilton's etc.

Stevie G has shown he's pragmatic so far so i expect we will probably see a lot of horses for courses and our squad now actually allows that flexibility which is a plus

Id say that's our strongest back 4 BN but we look stronger on paper in a back 3

I bow to your infinite superior wisdom regarding line ups. Could certainly see Tav being used in midfield. All in all looks much stronger than we have had for a long time. Actually looks like our manager has a plan A and B Should be an enjoyable season with the usual ups and downs..hopefully less down

Shouldn't need one should be just do plan A better

Really liking the way the squad is shaping up, we have cover and players who offer something different to each other, the only thing we are missing is playmaker

I was messing about with a football selectin app thing last night and when you see all the permutations of our squad - the 352 looked the best
It's soooo good to have a plan A B and C lol

Morelos will bang them in and should always be our first choice, he brings so much more to the team aswell than just goals.

He drives me mental, i kinda hate him a bit. I also think what he brings is over-rated when you factor in how often he misses chances and he's a dafty into the bargain.

My English isn't the best

Gerrard has already said it'll be horses for courses over the course of the season so there will be a fair bit of changing about depending on opposition, injuries, competition, etc.
