Who is this 'we' that will bring more news?
No need to get to excited,(lets just call it a day off)
Bottle duties will be back to normal next match have no fear of that...
P.S. Just seen you on TV Murray, FFS get a wash and a shave you look like a big issue promoter!!!!
Personally I quite enjoy seeing Andy Murray get to the business ends of many tournaments I guess I am one of those people who thinks positively about most things and actually enjoys seeing people win. He is all we have and I thank him for many hours of thrilling tennis too. Losing 6:4, 7:5 and 6:4 to Nadal proved to be a mighty fine effort as it all turned out in the end?
To all you losers on 606 who will always be poor, sad and pathetic, keep enjoying your miserable lives.
Oh, I forgot to mention that he is about to play yet another semi final, against Andy Roddick. Good luck to the great British hope, singlehandedly put us on the map of world tennis. The hype about Ward is just ridiculous.
Is he the world's luckiest player - he had the sweetest run possible in the French until meeting the first decent tennis player in the semis....saves us having to watch him clutch his hamstring whenever he loses a point I suppose
---------------
Muppet, you know he got a bye into the semi final because his opponent did not turn up. His opponent was injured
Andy Murray destroyed Roddick 6:3 and 6:1 but that will still not be good enough for you will it? He is British and we simply can not abide supporting a guy or girl who actually wins Personally, I love his skills and constant marches to the sharp end of many tournaments.

So British people hate Murray that much that they are actually cheering for a bloke like Tsonga now? How sad your little lives must be. I really hope that something is going for you in other walks of your miserable existance, or do you just hate everything that is successful about British sport? Murray will win this final. Incase you aint noticed, he is the world number 4 and doing our nation proud
Surely cheering on for the opponent against Murray is exactly the same as the reason most English people don't like him. His 'anyone but England' attitude during the World Cup a few years ago. How sad his little life must have been to do the exact same thing you're accusing a lot of people of. No?
That's what makes me laugh. I watched him make those comments about the England football team, and I as an Englishman are amused by them. It was funny? He is a British tennis player and I have absolutely no idea why we can't get behind him. It's not like we are singing when he is winning. The majors are the important ones, and he has none, but you can not doubt his efforts in trying to win one, playing against the greatest players on earth, and in 2 cases, the greatest players that ever played the game, on clay, and on all courts. That said, I suppose we all have our choice, although I find supporting a French Tennis player of all things, before Murray is just ridiculous.
Hang on, so when it was Murray making comments about the English football team it was funny, but when it's other people making comments about Murray it's because you assume they have nothing else going on in their miserable existence?
Am I the only one completely missing the logic here?? It's can't be one rule for one and another rule for another.
For me its not where he comes from or what he's said in the past, but the way he comes acorss. He's so scowly and completly lacking charisma, whereas the likes of Tsonga are so much more media-friendly.
I'm not saying that's a good reason to support anyone over Murray, just that I can see why people do.

There's no logic in the argument, it's just someone trying to get their point across no matter what I think.
He is the only British player we have. THAT'S MY POINT, but please feel free to support french tennis players over our fella. Your man is playing well today and is up a break, and looks good on grass. You are probably loving it
You've obviously missed the point I made. I don't see how you can justify Murray's comments about the English football team and slam people for doing the exact same thing. It just shows complete double standards.

Did I at any point say that I was supporting Tsonga?
Did LRG?
I don't believe I did Claret. I'm enjoying watching the tennis and that's about it. I'm still fairly new to the game and decided I'd need to swot up before Wimbledon starts
And you are going to hold that comment against him for the rest of his life? I guess I am just more forgiving than you and it has nothing to do with British tennis, which he is trying to put on the map, all on his own. Who cares if he scowles, and wheres the wrong coloured underpants and doesn't have the hair style you prefer. yeah, I have quite a bit of rubbish aimed at him over the years whilst he does superbly on a tennis court regularly 3:5 in the first and Muzza needs to break now.
C'mon Tsonga !!

You conveniently missed this post even though is only 20 odd on here.
You still haven't really said how you can justify Murray's comments and slam other people's, but whatever. You've bored me now. If you wanted to actually debate this then it's usually a good idea not to completely ignore another person's comments in favour of a smart arsed remark.
Enjoy the tennis
I will always enjoy my tennis when a BRITISH tennis player is playing in it. And once again we have reached the final of another tennis tournament and Andy Murray is on one side of the net. Happy days for this British tennis fan
Tsonga saves 2 break points and then wins the set 3:6. Good stuff by him. He is certainly an athlete and would be a good outside bet to win Wimbledon This is good for Murray, who now knows botht that he is in a tough match, as he was in the quarter finals at wimbledon, and will need to play even better if he wants to win Wimbledon. Look forward to the rest of this match.
