We just had a nasty fixture list to start with. Mourinho would be moaning day and night with such fixtures. Let's hope we get something vs Chelsea, then re-build from there on.

Away though

for me this season is all about seeing a step change improvement in our team and enjoying the good parts. I'm not expecting us to be competing for the title just yet, the important thing is we can see us moving onwards and upwards from the Wenger era

Didn't City just beat Chelsea 2-0? We have actually had 2-3 really good chances today.

Still we haven't lost to Chelsea in 5 games. Admittedly that was against Conte who was phoning it in last year and they've made some good signings, but not brilliant ones. As talented as he is, Jorginho is exploitable and their new keeper's not really been tested yet.

Liverpool fans are unbearable already.
