Say I won the lottery this year.

1. Could I still claim on any missold PPI?

2. Should I still claim?

Stay on topic

I thought we were hypothesising about things that won't happen?

No one knows how football turns out, if we did you wouldn’t have bookies

And here we have another bear essentially contemplating Rangers winning the league and disguising it with cover phrases like “won’t happen but if it did” 😂😂

Let’s Go.

I think Rodgers would quite clearly be out on his worse should he not win the title this year.

That said, we’re 2 games in. It almost bares resemblance to 2 years ago when Rangers fans on social media said they welcomed the chase after they went too by playing 1 game more than us after the 2nd set of games

What a ridiculous question that is. I'm embarrassed to even have to answer it.

I'm disgusted at the way this thread has gone.

we should be giving Hearts and Hibs the respect they deserve

Worth saying the reaction to this thread has been daft.

It's a theoretical discussion and, while unlikely, is not outwith the realms of possibility. It's worth discussion.

And Brendan Rodgers would not be sacked but would possibly leave if he didn't win the league. And I agree it would be the final nail in his coffin as an elite level manager.

If we're honest, i think the final nail in his career as an elite level manager went in the day our manager slipped on his erse

teams and players become predictable to play against, u need to freshen up so there is an element of the unexpected.

not many changes in our team, so u learn how to play against players.

If Rangers were to win the league it'd be Rodgers fault certainly not the Celtic board who have supported him throughout. He's recently spent in excess of 15m and has chosen to sign Edourde, Gamboa, Hendry, Kousse, Comperre,Hayes etc...the list goes on.
How can this be seen as unsupportive ?
He was given 9m and rather than buy defenders he chose to sign a striker so his priorities are wrong and have been exposed.
If Rangers win the league ...his reputation will be in tatters.

The 9m spend on Edouard now looks a bit mental in context.

Already had Dembele and Griffiths. Then spend a huge amount of money on another striker rather than on positions the fans have being saying for years.

Reminiscent of Wenger in the market.

Absolute nonsense to suggest the business for Edouard was anything other than good.

Started the season very well and our two other strikers have already been injured even this early in the season.

At least be sensible with your digs.

Why should Brendan lose his job?

He has revolutionised our club. Brought in a ten year strategy and made us millions of pounds while being successful. You don't sack a guy for doing that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------The strategy and millions would count for nowt if he blows this
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course it does. Ten in a row is irrelevant. Its all about moving forward as a club.

Surely rangers fans of all people would understand that.

Think the point has been missed. Edouard has been good.

But was it the best idea to spend 9m on a striker before fixing positions that really need it.

astounds me that ppl believe we spent 9 million on eduourd

last year there was a buy out of about 6-7 million, but suddently its 9.

i think its probably closer to 5/6 but with add ons etc that could lead to 9.

posted on 14/8/18

Whether Edourd is a good or bad decision depends on ho much Rodgers' budget is . If it's 10m...it's a poor decision given the defence. If its 30m ..then it was a good decision but why has waited to sign defenders ? Why has Boyayta been allowed to enter the final year of his contract ?
Very poor from a club that allegedly has a 10 year strategy !

So it's 9m ! In the same way that Armstrong was sold for 7m !

No business has a 10 year strategy that anyone would take any notice of. Therefore they don't do them.

Just saying.

Wasn`t the reported buy-out clause last year 6m? Then 7m and Rodgers said it wasn`t near that?
