What makes you think Ramsey is good enough?

Ramsay was excellent for 45mins on sat, but along with the rest of our midfield, died a death in the second half. To be fair though, the 2nd half has been the norm for Ramsay and the 1st half was out of the ordinary

Lets runners go past him and doesn't always track back which at Prem level is like suicide.

Any player can play well when your on top of the opposition, its those players that can turn it on when the going gets tough and your under pressure. I havn't seen him come out and play well once when the going has got tough.

Nice lad, honest player but not good enough IMO

Good player but lets be honest, if everyone was fit he would not be startting games. I do not think we have any midfielders at the club who can do the creative role and only RVP and AA (in that order) can fill that void thats has been left.

4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 is the way forward for us.

Despite his OG on Sat, I think Alex Song has been one encouraging light in the dark....think Ramsay is a good player but prone to inconsistency. He was very good for Wales against England, so perhaps he plays better in a more traditional formation.

Ramsey needs consistency. Its not enough to be good for 60 min. and then turn up the rest of the game.

Did not fill me with confidence. Too many mis-placed passes and did not fight hard enough to be a main stay in midfield.

How we are missing Wilshere. We seriously need some quality depth in the DMF position as we are seriously lacking.

Not good enough for Arsenal? Right now, Titus Bramble is too good for them.

For me Aaron Ramsey is a superb 20 year old midfielder who will get better and better.

Thought he was fantastic against Blackburn his touches dribbles, passes, work rate was really impressive.

He was showing some nice silky skills on the ball which i havent see in a long time.

The problem with ramsey is that Wenger needs to find the right position for him.

Is he a playmaker? a box to box midfielder or a holding midfielder

ATM its likes hes trying to do everything cause we have had suspensions injuries, different midfields.

Wenger needs to get a settled team out with ramsey in a fixed position.

Look at the CM arteta, ramsey, song vs blackburn

BVB we had arteta, benaoyun, song

Swansea we had frimpong, ramsey, arteta

Man Utd we had coquelin, rosicky, ramsey

Udinese we had song, frimpong, ramsey

Liverpool we had Frimpong, nasri, ramsey

Nah he is average at best. Setimental praise for a player who had a nasty iNjury. Heck even fans were bigging him up as someone he isn't when he was injured. Average before the injury. Fairly good squad player after the injury.

Eduardo was world class player before his injury, but only a very good player after. Such a shame.

Before the injury he was sensational creating chances, dribbling past players, tackling, scoring goals, getting into great positions.

As Stewart Robson predicted he said it would take time for Ramsey to get back into form I think he's back now and more importantly arsenal will have a settled team out.

Song, arteta will be holding with Ramsey playing as a playmaker

We have played 5 games I am expecting Ramsey to get better and better. He's 20 he's not 29 got so much time left he's going to be a special, special player for us maybe a captain one day

I do not see hime as playmaker I have to say. Very few teams in the world have them (I think most them are at Barca) but I do think he is potentially a very good box to box midfielder similarly to Wilshere, although a slightly behind him at the moment.

The question is what to do with him when Diaby and Wilshere come back?

I see Ramsey as a playmaker. He has that ability to arrive in the box and score goals and he can create chances!

He will get alot of goals/assists once he plays in a settled team. We haven't had a consistent first 11 out and it's affected ramseys performance cause he's been playing in different positions

For me a playmamker is someone obviously like Cesc, Xavi, Modric and within our own ranks maybe Arteta or Rosicky . I would say Ramsey could end up being like a Lampard, where I see Wilshere turning into a more complete midfielder like Gerrard.

However, he is not the poor player that some people seem to find easy to say all of sudden as Arsenal are struggling. His performance against England should show what this (very) young player has to offer in the very near future.

I see Ramsey like fabregas creating goals and scoring goals.

Ramsey he's got that vision not many players have. We just haven't seen it alot this season cause he's been playin more or less as the holding midfielder or playing deeper. He's better as the playmaker
