Prefer Lingard starting

Don’t think Martial and Lukaku will both start if they’re not fully match sharp yet.

Probably Lukaku with Rashford and Mata, with Lingard and Martial on the bench.

Is Jesse in the squad? Cannot disagree with him starting if fit👍

Agreed. Decent team though, absolutely love the look of that midfield 3.

Thing is unless Martial directly assists or scores 3 goals he’s dropped when Sanchez is better, whereas Sanchez can play poorly for weeks knowing he will still start the next game.

I expect Martial to ‘try too hard’ today to make things happen by beating players, crowd will love it, Jose won’t.

I don't rate him either tbh... Happy to get proved wrong obv, but just don't think he's good enough

Darmian isn’t even in the squad, hopefully means he’s being sold

I am sure we completely battered them 2nd half but 1st half we were shocking and it was 0-0 lol. We lost the half we were all over them.

There’s still hope for Lindelof to improve though and form a partnership with Bailly.

Smalling is what he is, 8 years since we signed him we know what we’ll get. Hopefully he’s fit all season because he’s a dependable back up.
