I apologise that I have posted this so early but I am off on a sailing trip tomorrow and won't be back until Friday (maybe)
Play nicely guys.

Hello sailor!
I would hope that Traore gets a start, but he will be up against a very good left back in Mendy, who ran riot against Huddersfield.
Having watched that game and not just the highlights, I hope Traore can unsettle Mendy and keep him pinned back. I also see Doherty in a more defensive role, if he starts and it may be advisable also if Dendonker starts in order to help with a more defensive midfield.
Man City had 77% of the play and over 30 shots on goal, against a team who I believe will be in the Championship next season. Let's hope we can do a lot better than Huddersfield.
It will be interesting to see what team Nuno puts out and I'll be up early to watch the match live over here.
Miranda (remember him?).
Doing well with Olympiacos. Completed both Europa League matches and had an assist in both, while playing as a right sided CB in a back four. He'll more than likely start tomorrow in their match against Burnley. The league in Greece hasn't started yet.
He will start and he will likely see his side knock Burnley out over two legs
I recon we’ll smash the Manc ’s 4-0
Romain Saiss being linked with a loan move to Nottingham Forest
That would be as ridiculous as the cav rumours, Saiss still has a part to.play in this side

If they put a recall clause in the loan I wouldn't have a problem with it. He is behind Moutinho and Neves. Likely will be behind Dendoncker too as a more defensively minded midfielder. MGW has come on ahead of him in recent games, meaning he is preferred when we want someone forward thinking.
I don't think Saiss is good enough to play centre back either at this level. I actually think he is over rated by the majority of our fanbase. Had a good season and was key in our Championship win, but his limitations were obvious and he will get found out in the Premier League.
If he isn't going to play, send him out on loan where he can play every week. Keep the option to recall him if we have a few injuries and we still have him as back up, but match fit. I think it unlikely he will be here after this season though. One of those we will need to move on from if the owners ambitions are serious; no room for sentiment.
...that should get Uncle Sam up and out of bed !
Hello peeps, stuck in a bay in north menorca for last 2 days. Fuel pump has packed up on the engine and not enough wind to sail out. Waiting for a mechanic to come and install an electric pump so we can get going again. Still 2 days from home so i am going to miss the match. Hey ho, the joys of sailing!
There's a few on here with enough wind to get you out of your situation Gem and it'll save you some 'dosh'
We'll send DJ over., he's full of it.
That is why i go to sensible places like Turkmenistan and Tajikistan Gem, didn't miss any football that way.

I agree that he would be fourth choice but we don't have the depth to start loaning folk out unless we do have an immediate call back which isn't common any more.
I do wonder if we would be more solid with him instead of Moutinho though and that Mout/Neves partnership still isn't lock tight for me and leaves us a little exposed perhaps.
On a more serious note, I do feel that Saiss won't get much game time now that Dendonker has arrived. It may be, that a loan move with options is the best deal.
I feel sure we'll have a more defensive minded formation against City and probably depend on quick counter attacks, especially with Traore's speed. Having said that, we'll need at least one player forward enough to try and get onto final passes.
Just out of curiosity cinci, do you ever get questioned when you return to the States, regarding your trips?
Yeah a little bit, been to 10 former soviet republics now over the last three/four years which gets them curious but nowt too serious.
My Brit mate here goes to even iffier destinations than i do and doesn't get too much hassle but he was hoping to go to Iran next year but that is unlikely now given the climate with the USA as it stands, i considered going but it just isn't worth the risk right now, Iran itself is perfectly safe but it may not go down well for expats getting back into the states.

I wouldn't loan him without a recall to be honest. Just for depth purposes, rather than him being a contender when all are fit.
I think Dendoncker will be the go to man when we what a more defensively minded midfielder to be honest (if he isn't at centre back).
Interestingly, we have conceded the least shots in the whole league in the opening two games and only one major chance according to the statistics. Leicester's two goals were flukes, Richarlison's second was a good finish that most players wouldn't have executed so well. Other than the first Everton goal which we should have defended better, I don't think we have been too bad defensively.
Saturday will be a real test for them though, but Man City is a test for anyone.
Interesting stat that.
And yeah i kind of assume Dendoncker will be the defensive midfielder at times rather than at the back but if he is to be a defender then Saiss will likely be a late sub to see out games in the middle.
I just don't see any way we loan him unless we have an immediate recall
Reports tonight that Boro are looking to replace Traore by signing Rajiv Van La Parra
Odds for Saturday
Home win 10/1
Draw 5/1
Away win 1/4
Nuno has not lost two league games in a row as Wolves manager. 6 of the 7 losses we had last season were followed with a win the next game.
A record about to be lost?
Just hope we are good enough to give City a run for their money. Worst scenario is that City get a couple of early goals then just need to go through the motions. If Wolves are still ‘in the game’ at the hour mark then at least it will have been worth watching and who knows
We'll certainly need a bit more luck on our side than we had last week, lets hope that evens out quickly.
Just hope we can keep it respectable, we sat deep and hit them on the counter very well last season at their place in the league cup and despite there being different personnel on the field tomorrow I think we'll see a similar game.
Every game is winnable and this one will be no different, provided the players don't go out with a defeatist attitude. No doubt we're the underdogs, but if the lads go out and play their own game, we could certainly get something out of this match.
