Playing Terry on the halfway line against Walcott.

Text to Costa - Eva was really bad but you would get over that, alienating one of our best players are arguably the best forward we have had since Drogba is madness

your user name is pretty unforgivable.

Deciding to drop our interest in Aguero and $punk £50m on Torres!

Text to Costa is immaterial now. Given his history and an established sour relationship with Conte no guarantee what so ever he'd of made any significant difference last season, and more than likely would've been sent packing by Sarri anyway. Could be called a mistake I suppose but an irrelevant one in the big picture.

The Eva thing was just weird. Very easy to believe was just Mourinho being a , probably more to the story than we'll know. But the train wreck which proceeded it that season can't be attributed to it alone, going from 1st to 16th suggests far more problems than that.

With Brummie. The decision to shun the Aguero/Godin double deal in favor of Luiz/Torres, on purely footballing reasons, CLEARLY in hindsight was a biggest mistake than either of them.

I was personally always going to be biased on that one. Was a favorite player at the time we signed him, tragic what happened to him

Sad thing is wasn't even an issue of money, Aguero & Godin would've cost about the same. Crazy mistake looking back now.

Thats the one! And by a clear distance. I would add this was a personal vendetta and therefore unforgivable.

Bullying/sexism in the workplace for me.

Conte’s hamfisted way of telling Costa his services are no longer required doesn’t really come close.

Surely, the biggest mistake without a doubt are not signing Vardy or Charley Austin and managers constantly not playing Luiz in the DM role ......

you are wise beyond your years

seriously, Austin might at one stage have been an ok punt at the right price...but his injuries have dis-proved that
Might do ok this term though if he stays fit

Vardy however...despite his 3 game ban will score more than Morata or Giroud....FACT

Has to be the text to Costa.

I don't remotely blame Conte for the Costa fiasco.

Conte’s text wasn’t significant in Costa’s exit. He was determined to leave Chelsea that summer one way or another. Conte’s text just gave him convenient leverage.

Costa’s biggest leverage was having two years left to run on his contract. He had one foot out the door from the moment he arrived. There are many things to criticise Conte for, but Costa leaving isn’t one of them.

Proof? Otherwise I consider this commonly delivered mantra , as media and peer group gullibility .
