Be nice if we pass you in May, but our squad isn't big enough for the style of play. So will see you next season in the Champ. It's better anyway
Half right that statement Harrogate.... Which half is down to you
What's the chances of Stankovic and Hamer starting?
Harrogate, my work colleagues have had bets that town will go down and Leeds will go up. Just to p¡ss me off!
I've said Leeds won't be able to play at that pace, Saturday /Tues, they just can't.
Town on the other hand........ well they p¡ss me off even more! We haven't addressed our goal scoring issues. We've only bought wingers. Mounie and Billing are lazy fook wits. Wagbo still insists we don't belong in the Premier league and that we're a tiny club!
Bournemouth get 11k home attendances every home game, yet they are a " well established premier league club". And what's their history? God knows, nowhere near ares.
Grab the bull by the horns and play each game like a cup final! No more excuses.
Where has Waltz gone? Murdered by another new bird? πππππππ
I agree, no more of this defensive game plan, it doesn’t tend to work anyway, and let’s have a go. I know the Premier is hard due to the amount of top class players and teams, but why can’t we go back to gegenpressing, show no fear and get at them?
I’m predicting my usual 2-1 to us, bound to get it right at some point π Mounie to score one following a pin point cross and Schindler to get the other.
Anyone heard the rumour about VLP to Middlesbrough?
Yes, hopefully Vlp gets his move to the "huge club" he dreamed off. Nobhead!
Morning all.. I'm still here wethersπ
Not worried about our start as we all knew we would be on zero points after 2 games
The season starts today for us and I fully expect a good performance and our first 3 points in the bag as I cannot see Cardiff bothering us at all...we looked quite good for half an hour against Chelsea and had that shot that hit the post gone in then it would have been a different game!
Hefele...what a ball bag!
We sell out every home game...I know of at least 10 family and friends who struggle to get tickets for games now due to demand and if the ground held 30k it would be full every game!!..the only thing tiny is hefeles brain!
We are as big as half the Premier league and will always be far far bigger than Lπ©π©ds π π
Highest ever English home attendances ever!
Number 14 HTFC 67,037
Number 21 LUFC 57,892
Good to see you back Waltz... Hope Wagner plays his best team, get the newbys playing too... 3 points for me...
Will you be getting 67k in today? nah didn’t think so
And will you be playing in the Premier league today? π
Good start again Harrogate but we all know what happens with your lot π...you and Derby are the biggest bottlers in English football
Five Warnock rollockings from me!
Neil Warnock's barmy army! I remember the days, route one, up for Jepo or Boothy, in particular to Jepson, for him to head it down or lay it off for Boothy to do his magic! We now march to the tune of a different manager, but with also a one dimensional approach too. So, has anything really changed, I ask?
We will see what the lads have been working on today! All that pre season practice, the recent training, the formations, the Terrier spirit, it will ALL be on display today. It will have to be!
This has the potential to be a cracker of a match or a boring affair. I actually think it will be a great encounter. Tough tackling and physical. Wagner is aware that the last two matches were probably worse than he envisaged.
'The season starts now', why did Dave get so much flack for those words? I agree with those comments, realistically, we knew it was highly unlikely that Town were going to get positive results against Chelsea and Man City. Today our season realistically starts at 3pm. Yes, I was mightly peaced off with the negative tactics, but Town are light years away from competing against the top six. Yes, I wished Wagner was more attacking, but either way, especially against City, we were on to a hiding in both games.
Time to show what we are all about today. Warnock will have his team organised, but Town should be able to be more than enough for Cardiff. I expect to see the new players being introduced, especially Mbenza!
No predictions, I want to see exciting forward play and a win, I don't care if it's 1-0 or 4-3, just a win!
Come on Town, lets get at 'em!
Wolves taking the game to city.
Game changing now. City on top, should be two or three up.
