4 points should be a decent return.
I think if Liverpool get through that with minimum 7 points, it will be an acceptable albeit disappointing return.
We should be beating Leicester and Southampton if we have any aspirations of winning this damn title.
Spurs and Chelsea away will be huge games and if i'm honest, I can't see us winning both but winning one would be fantastic.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Our clash has potential of a very high scoring game.
We will be leaving space in behind which will likely gift Liverpool chances, but equally the chances of Pool's defense even with VVD holding out against Sarriball for 90 is pretty slim.
I predict 8 or 10 points from that list, you'll beat Leicester and Saints and draw both or win one against Spurs or Chelsea
Saints are relegation fodder, how Hughes still has a job in the PL is beyond me.
Leicester will be a tough game but United took 3 points off them so Liverpool should do.
3 points from Chelsea and Spurs away needed as a minimum.
9 or 10 pts i think.
Got 6 points from the same fixtures last season so should be looking to improve on that if we want to challenge. 8 would be good and anything better would be a bonus.
Chelsea will be interesting as their defence doesn't seem to have clicked just yet, Arsenal carved them open a fair few times, so could be some opportunity there.
3 points from that lot GB, and a big mind the gap with Spurs.
I'd take 6 points if we beat Spurs and Chelsea

And you call us delusional.
Leicester...away...win
Spurs...away......win(its due..they have been lucky vs us)
Saints..home...win
CFC...away...win..wide open imo
I think shaqiri, sturridge and henderson will start to feature much more now and the strength in depth is where i see us winning games.
"CFC...away...win..wide open imo"
Yeah and you have no chance of shutting us out over 90.
Has Shaqiri made his competitive debut yet?

Yeah, I remember walking out of wembley last season after we'd smashed you 4-1 and thinking "phew, that was close - we got away with one there".

I've been a little surprised how good Chelsea and Spurs look
Chelsea look solid and Spurs who i thought would struggle after not buying anyone look like a team that all know each is other really well, Kane is prolific and Moura looked superb last night
Actually I expect Spurs to struggle but in the latter stages and if they have decent cup and CL runs or add players in Jan.
There is no chance a lack of signings would manifest itself after 3 games
No guarantee but let's revisit this in March-April.
