Media loves riling him up now, he goes of on a tangent at every simple question.
To take something like that so personally is so strange. He looks soft, must be 100s of managers who have had that sang to them and they just brush it off

The more you let folk see that what they are doing is getting to you the more they will do it. He didn't like the Spurs fans singing "you're getting sacked in the morning" so if the result is going their way Burnley supporters will do exactly the same.
No matter how much its killing you don't let people see that the p1ss taking is facking you right off.
Is he not allowed to throw some banter back?

He's allowed to if he wants to show everyone that they've got to him enough to be worth commenting on at such length.

Sounds like your defending him for the sake of it. Doubt if this was a different teams manager you wouldnt be playing the banter card.

He has small man syndrome. Nobody likes being criticised, but he brings it on himself with his antics and attitude. He accepts praise willingly enough, but his response to criticism is beyond reasonable. I heard bits of his presser on the radio earlier, it was all 'me me me' 'I've won this I've done that I'm the greatest'. He's turned Man U into an absolute soap opera all about himself; Fergie must be cringing in his armchair like the rest of us. If I was a Utd fan I'd want him out of the club tomorrow not because of results, he's done alright, and not because of style of play but because of his appalling ego. I wouldn't swap him for a classy guy like Poch for all the tea in China.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree with all of that apart from Poch being a classy guy. Can be a very nasty, bitter sore loser when things go against him

Of course he's allowed to but it's not banter, it's a public "yeah they can fack off who are they to mock me".

‘They don’t win much’ is pretty standard football banter.
