I heard that PSG wouldn't have him as they don't want to lose their flair players.
His reputation in Spain is not the best after his antics when he was there
Portgual national team is the only option I can see.
Would love to see him try and take a smaller club with less of a budget to see how he does. I know he did it at Porto but since then he has relied heavily on huge transfer funds. Not special any more!!
Agree with above comment.
IMO he should either take a few years out and come back in his late 50's refreshed for one last career resurgence.
Manage Portugal. Been his plan since the early Chelsea days, and the lighter schedule will do him good for a final run in club management before retiring.
Or follow Benitez (and Bielsa to a degree) and take over a sleeping giant. Inter connections aside, a club like AC would be fantastic for him. They've got enough money to make it a challenge he'd probably enjoy.
I would like to see him try to manage a Russian team !,or maybe he's after the big kudos in the USA !.
I had no idea you were so well paid harle!!
No one's going to sack me Brummie, I'm the main man !,on a little bit less than Jose though .
I think Spain changed Jose
The transition from England to Italy changed his relationship with the press. He got so used to our media lavishing him with headlines both good and bad, going to Italy and being treated as just another manager with rebellious quirks shocked his system IMO.
Went to Spain with a chip on his shoulder which remains firmly in place today.
