Will be honest, I just stopped associating the 2 ages ago and just try to enjoy the crap that it has become. Don't say I really enjoy the movies but will often leave it on in the back ground as it's just stupid fun and doesn't take itself too seriously.

Resident evil 1 and 2 were the highlights of the series imo , after that they seemed poor.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the games or the films (they were ok) But I did play Resident Evil 7 in VR and it is a game.changer.

Just borrowed it to a friend from work, and he found it in VR is too scary for him to play,

Loved Resident evil 1 and 2, 3 was good too but for me Code Veronica was the first time I was like "what is this..." the story was weird and it was just kind of a bit poor..

4 took some time to grow on me as did 5 and they're alright, but its more the gameplay for those. I almost don't feel like they're part of the Resident evil originals.

I hope the remake is good, it looks awesome and I'd go as far as saying the Resident evil 1 remake was good too! so fingers crossed!
