Haven’t seen enough of Keita or Fabinho either for Liverpool or their previous clubs.

Don’t particularly rate Trippier, weakest area of that team.

Exactly. You don’t necessarily have to throw a player straight into the team for him to be eligible for a ‘combined XI’. Not that I’ve seen much of Keita to judge him. Performances at a previous club can be used to judge a players quality, otherwise Ronaldo is excluded from all combined teams in Serie A until he pulls his socks up and stops firing blanks

Keita finished 2nd and 6th for that mid table German club.

Also the Janssen thing is irrelevant because he isn’t as good as Kane so his would he get in a XI where Keita is getting into a midfield with players that aren’t that great.

Cundy is a waste of space, one of the worst players ever to wear a Spurs shirt.

To call him a former Spurs star is a complete misnomer, he was at best average and wouldn’t get into any PL team now.

These comparisons never work, because we all view players differently and for different reasons.

Both teams have fantastic players and have the best squads outside of City in my opinion.

Tomorrow is difficult to call, it all depends on who gets off to the best start. This is where Liverpool might have a slight edge, however I still expect it to be nip and tuck and possibly we will see at least 3-4 goals in the game.

One thing is for sure, there will be no buses parked on the pitch, it will be wide open game.

To judge him on the Leicester game is mind boggling. He took a risk, it didn't pay off but we won the game. Exactly like Lloris did on a much bigger stage.

I'd say Klopp has faith in him considering he bought him. Like the faith he had in Robertson when every body laughed calling him a Championship player. Probably wise not to play an out and out defensive midfielder against the four teams we've played so far however. I'd be playing him against Spurs for sure, especially now that it's highly likely Erikson will be playing in the hole.

I just named the eleven best players in my opinion for each position.

I didn't really feel the need to add the criteria that he had to have performed consistently for us after four games. If you want to add that for your own team, that's your choice but I'll stick with mine if you don't mind.

VVD has done the job we expected him to for a very high fee. Whereas Robertson has been better than expected for a very low fee. Certainly in a way you are correct.

Robertson at £8m was an absolute steal. Maguire for whatever it was to Leicester was the same. Just goes to show how shiitt the rest of that Hull team was when they got relegated.

I would have tripper ahead of trent.. as an attacking full back, tripper is some way ahead.

Definitely have Kane ahead of Firmino too.

I recall HRH saying we should sign Robertson as well. Very good signing even at double that price.
