Aw. The poor wee bhoys were tired.
The boy scored one of our two goals!
Have a look at our centre halfs mate!
Jesus, I despair. Our managers passion cannot mask his inability to manage a team. He has no understanding of tactics whatsoever. Any manager who plays Loovens at centre half and Mulgrew at left mid while keeping Ledley on the bench for the 90minutes isn't worth a thing.
Tired? TIRED?!
ITS SEPTEMBER!! 3 games in 8 days is nothing for a professional athlete. These guys are on £15/20k a week. A WEEK! Thats a yearly wage for some folk.
Tired?!
Lennon has lost the plot.

Aye tired. Next time the Gers will get whats comin to them. An ole bottle of whoop ass.
Nothing really changed from last season except we're missing Izzy.
Numberonepie, your such a drama queen mate
Not a WUM but I'd be very worried about the form of Kayal if I were you.
He seemed uninterested yesterday.
Btw, playing Mulgrew in LM in last season's OF match was called a masterstroke by most. Catch yerself on

Aye it was all due to your £10m left back being out.
Why didnt your £10m midfielders step up to the plate to compensate for it.
Serious question tho - why was Ledley not playing. I thought the celtic fans raved about him. Personally I dont see it and think he contributes very little to a game. But surely if hes a key player he should have played yesterday. Was he injured?
Kayal looked tired yesterday. The performance on Thurs against a top class team must have taken it out of some players. Look at the time since then:
Friday to travel back to Glasgow
Saturday start to feel settled down a bit
Sunday Old Firm match
Madrid is almost a different world compared to Glasgow. Coming back to that dump would be depressing to say the least.
Trigger, Hows Del Bhoy doing?
Trigger, "the performance"??????????
Must have missed that.
I don't buy the tired tag. Fulham didn't look that tired fighting back from 2-0 down against the Man City superstars.
Granted their Thursday night game against Twente might not have been as difficult as ours but their second half opposition yesterday was by miles.
And perhaps a nod to what I wrote in the first paragraph, "fighting" is where the problem lay yesterday.

I said before the game if we play 4-4-2 we will win. If we go 4-5-1 we will lose. Your defence is in your attack and they and your midfield cannot cope with pressure.
Even with Izzy back you would've got pumped as the guy cannot defend. Great going forward, far too small. Last season we put Lafferty on Izzy in the cup game and went 4-4-2. Izzy was nowhere to be seen.
Now Lafferty, Jelavic and Davis are coming onto form. Added to two new central defenders, better than any of yours. I am confident of more OF wins, provided we play 4-4-2. Even at Parkhead. We still have Bedoya and McKay to feature. Things are looking good from my point of view.

Least I'm not the one who's buying Lennons nonsense line if the players being tired.
Never heard so much nonsense in my days following the club, and i've been fed some rubbish over the years.Tired in September? They aren't fit enough then. Thats their problem, it shouldnt be ours.
As for tired. Last season we played 3 OF games after European games and we had a threadbare squad with spaces on the bench at times. We were also told no excuses.
We were also in Europe past Christmas and still won the league. We also did this for how many years now?
Haven't you got two teams. How many players in your squad?
Ok they had to travel back from Madrid, but it's hardly Khazakstan or Israel or another footballing outpost is it?
They would have got up Friday, had a nice breakfast, maybe a stroll around the hotel grounds or whatever to get some looseness, then they would have hopped on to the team bus to the airport. I assume Celtic would have had a reasonable departure time for their chartered flight which is hardly going to be the most uncomfortablest journey. It's not like they were being shuttled on Ryanair. I'd imagine it's what 2 hours in the air? Maybe slightly longer. Some of the players maybe had a nap while flying. Then they'd be back at Glasgow airport, get through arrivals and home for a nice late lunch or early dinner.
I agree, they must have been shattered.
You forgot about playing 90 mins against Atletico just before then. Was actually a good shift put in by all players and went down a respectable 2-0 against one of La Liga's best teams.
Rangers were fresh, that was plain to see. Our CM bossed Rangers on every other occasion. They will do so again.
A respectable 2 0 defeat !!! I can feel a cuddlefest coming on ............
La Liga's best teams? - check the league table mate...
Where do all these loyal fans come from? The closest thing i seen to a Rangers fan a few days ago was a tumbleweed with a bit of blue fluff stuck to it.
Trigger's beeling.
Not even his fellow timmy's are backing him on this one.

I forgot, Valencia and Betis are the two best teams in La Liga
Keep diggin Trigger.
And hoping that the Sellic faithful stop ignoring your deeply embarrassing thread.
Aye Maryhill, just like you keep ignoring your rather deeply embarrassing tax case.
And for those not faithful, they only embarrass themselves.
i don't have a tax case pending not embarrassing in the slightest. In fact the taxman is delighted with my 40 per cent contribution
My football team is doing what it does best - winning.
Yours is doing what it does best - talking a good game, and wracking up the excuses.
