I'm sure they learnt alot from sitting in the stands at some Greek stadium and then delayed a flight home until the early Friday morning.

How this Hudson-Odoi kid isn't getting a chance I just don't know.

Yes but naturally come into form against Chelsea and turn into prime Inter under Mourinho.

Poor result for Chelsea. The other top teams have swept West Ham away without difficulty this season, and that was when they had their best player who was missing today.

Yes you do learn a lot from being part of a first team environment even if you don't play.

I think they've done a lot of learning, what they really want is game time and it was a perfect opportunity on Thursday. One we didn't utilise and has ultimately cost us today - 2 injuries in Rudiger and Pedro (both been brilliant so far), poor performance today.

Whilst I would normally agree with this, With Hudson Odoi I think he's ready to play and games with the development squad at this stage of his career won't do much, He's head and shoulders above everyone else.

Players like Moses and Cahill will hinder the careers of Ampadu and Hudson Odoi at at Chelsea.

If we let them slip through the net believe me ill be as annoyed as anyone, but i don't see the real need to rush and give them loads at this age.

10 appearances each would be a good number for both this season at this stage of their development.

If CHO and Ampadu aren't going to be given a game against a no name greek side when we should really be resting players like Willian and Pedro then there is pretty much no point them not being on loan.

We don't loan out players until they are in their 18-19 year old season.

Chelsea have a chance to address their dropped points today, by doing the same to the media loving Liverpool, next game

If Sarri's moaning about the amount of time the players had to recover from playing away in Europe in less than 64 hours. Then please use the fringe player instead, who are good enough to get a result in Greece, that's why he has a big team. That said, Hazard and Kovacic were rested for the Europa league, it didn't seem to make the difference today. Just don't understand why use the fatigue as an excuse this early in the season.

Lucky for us, Yarmelenko's awful miss and Kepa's save from Antonio, otherwise had it been Arnautovic, he'd have buried those chances.

We're slow in moving the ball quicker and movement off the ball was poor in general. Looked a yard off the pace, ponderous and sloppy at times. Although, West Ham defended reasonably well when required, helped by our slow build up play in the final third.

We'll definitely get annihilated, if we play like that against Pool next week. Rudiger will be a big miss for us.

I'm all for our football but we have to be clinical if we plan to walk the ball into the net every time. Slow and cumbersome outside the box and lacking in quality when we do get in behind.

We've got no hope vs Liverpool. We play right into their hands, they love fast counters.

They won't be as wasteful as West Ham today. Their pace vs our back 4, they'll score 2 minimum.

Usually when we seem to have no hope we tend to pull the rabbit out of the hat, especially against Liverpool.

I said on the 'Hazard Best in the World' article earlier this week Hazard needs to be more selfish before entertaining that idea. Today was as prevalent an example of that as I've seen in quite a while
