don't get why your board just don't get rid of Jose already and stop holding back and just bring in Zidane while he's available and give him rest of this season to get his foot in and see what he wants to do and try and mould

That's what i mean, it's obvious he's gone at some point this season so why keep waiting and holding back? No offense intended here lol but you play garbage football, results are inconsistent and always hit and miss, OT isn't a fortress, players are unhappy, so why hold back and keep delaying?

Bring Zidane in now and then that gives him the rest of this season to try and mould sort the mess out and get everything ready for next season to come back / title challenge etc

I think our board is scared of another change.

It seems like that prefer to wait until the inevitable happens and we miss out on the CL before they take any action.

Nah he’s saying that sacking him won’t suddenly make us title challengers again, we need to evaluate the board’s role in the club.
