I didn't think they were that lucky. The first goal may be offside, but by ridiculously small margins. Not many linesmen would call that given the pace that the game was being played at, and their third goal has nothing wrong with it.
The Man Utd goal was a piece of brilliance out of the top draw, but apart from that they seemed to squander good chances hitting the post or Fabianski saving.
Thought West Ham looked good value for the win.
Pel never really connected with the fans like Mancini or Pep.
Still won us a title though and brought in some top players.
Ye they were good value.. but from 60 min I thougjt utd would get a draw.
I understand what u mean. But it would annoy me. Its like wolves against city they were good value for the draw. Still handball for the goal.

I agree.
I don't get the " didn't really connect with the fans ".
He had a good song and a good banner.
Not as verbose as Roberto and Pep ,just a different and calmer personality. Probably what was needed after Roberto's tenure
And currently our most successful manager after Joe Mercer.
The fans did leave him tho. Leicster win not great and other season was poor
I thought he was quite a likeable man - bit confused why he’s back though! Final pieces in the career puzzle with silverware at city, pay off in China... then errr back to the Prem to manage West Ham?!
Great first season, but regressed over the three. Every top six side missed the opportunity of a lifetime the year Leicester won it, and the semi against Real was nothing other than a total disappointment. Never really saw the ‘high pressing’ not the ‘holistic approach’ we were promised. But. Perhaps I’m being too harsh for a Sunday morning. He will get a warm reception when we meet, and deservedly so.
Bloody stupid article
I am far from being a West Ham supporter, but I can manage to give them credit where credit is due?
Do you not think if we talked about being lucky, that Brighton should've got a penalty against City yesterday? Who got lucky there?
United don't seem to have any plans in the last third, other than hoof the ball to the big lug...sorry Lukaku!
They seem to prefer to allow their players improvise in the last third.
Look at City, Liverpool and Spurs, all play intricate passes to open up the opposition, United don't do seem to do this?
Strange to hear a City fan almost trying to justify United's poor performance yesterday
Where was the Brighton penalty shout?
Looked like we had two decent claims for one ourselves, although didn’t get the best view personally.
Handball on fern .
It was on 84 aswel. For me wasnt a pen.
Dunno if your joking or just a clown morespur....
He tried to head it. Missed tho, no intent
They had one just after our goal I think, top left corner of the box where it looked like the defender punched it out. Then Sergio was totally bailed over in the box, often don’t see those given if not directly running onto goal, but would be a foul and a FK anywhere else on the pitch
I was away again. Missed the 1st half. So cant say really.
Anyway none were stonewall and none would have affected the final result. So alls well that ends well 🤗
Ye true... zaba fooking the rags off(side) again
Jose was very articulate in his post-game comments as he explained the United loss:
(1) First WHU goal was result of off-side!
(2) Second WHU goal was the result of a lucky deflection.
(3) Third WHU goal was caused by a prior foul on a United player that was not called.
In other words he was telling everyone who would listen that the defeat had nothing to do with the starting line-up that he chose, his game plan/tactics, the apparent lack of energy of some of his players, his failure to start his most exciting player Rashford, (who by the way scored a very nice goal). In other words, nothing that happened, or didn't happen, was his fault.
Jose, you are a true leader!
To be fair to Jose that was all west ham united shots on goal apart from that shot that rolled to de gea from I believe 30 yds out.
