Anyway, I thought everyone knew that we started off as Dundee Hibs. It's regularly referenced by Rangers fans on twitter who seem to hate us for it.

I vaguely remember.
Played in tangerine in the top division once upon a time?
Just as an aside, did you know the whole of the Dundee Hibs team signed up for WW1 in the summer of 1915? Doesn't get the same attention as Hearts' Macrae's Battalion but it's extremely laudable that they did so. Two of the players sadly fell during the war. The players were still paid by the club during that period of service.

You make an interesting point.
But at what perspective do they look rank? While hanging loosely while you strut through the shower room, appendage swinging? Or looking up while you're restrained as someone, perhaps a larger gentlemen, slowly descends towards you, plums dangling, tormenting you as they edge closer to your mouth that is held agape, knowing that a teabagging is upon you, relentless, inescapable. And yet, and yet, you have that slight sensation of relief that it's not the hairy annus that will torment you instead.
I hope Neilson can do (significantly) better than his predecessors.
