Is crazy what is going on at arsenal, was VERY angry when we lost to them in the FA cup as we were much a better side at the time and just didn't turn up.

However it's crazy to think with all the liverpool ribbing about 30 years, that Arsenal (THAT arsenal side in the mid 2000s) was 15 years ago now since they won the league. Once we got the Roman investment, atleast Utd rose to the challenge and pegged us back. Arsenal have sunk without a trace.

First choice,maybe,but I think he still offers us plenty of games for this and next season

Yeah Azpi still has lots to offer still and Reece James has all the time in the work to establish himself as first choice CB.

RJ had Zaha in his pocket all game though so I wouldn't be surprised to see him starting the next game as well.

I didn't give much hope for us at The Etihad next week but watching their defence makes me think we could come away with something if we're on the top of our game.

Who'd have thought that half way through November we'd be above City in the table!

I don't neccessarily believe it but with Jorg, Kante, Kovacic and the expected return of RLC we already have four players vying for two (sometimes 3) positions in central midfield, where would another £70m player fit in?

The only position I'd like to see strengthened in Jan if it were possible is LB.

Hopefully it's just another journo with a sharpe finger speculating in order to fill his account. We really don't want to upset the applecart.

We've enough ammo in central midfield and I think most of us would go with Jorg and Kante as 1st choice pairing, which isn't to understate the contribution of Kovacic who's caused me to have a rethink of his signing so far this season!
