if Brummie leaves his 1960's CFC shirt off for once, with his accent it should be easy peasy.

Are you suggesting I go in Civvies 69!

Pretend you're on infiltration duties with Eccles or Hicky.

Aways fancied being Special Forces!
Mr Kitty is a Blunt he will pretend to me that he won't watch it (but he'll know all about it when I get home)
Do you go to the game together on Derby days - or are you best of enemies for the day!
Blunt
--------------------------
Hopefully not rhyming slang. I like that, calling a blade a blunt.

Not likely !! I won't go to Pig Lane (horrible place) and he doesn't go to Hillsborough.
We have a truce. He hates Wednesday and slags them off at every opportunity (but rarely in front of me) and I don't give a toss and laugh at him. (mostly . . .)
My sister is driving (7 seater) so she says it's the parking that's most important. I think that's why she's thinking near Fulham. If you let me know where you are going, I'll see if we can arrive at that bar.

Stand by Kitty, knocking you a few notes of where to park, where I go if I drive it.
Noooo not cordial, real drinks
Brummie what was that pub we discovered by accident when going back to your motor once? We had a drink in there with Mrs. Summer once as well. Down the North End Road end of things for optimum parking. I can't remember the name of it..........was it The Bryanstone or something.

I park around Moylan Road. It's off Lillie Road and free after 1730 in the week and Saturday and Sunday. If you park the other side of Lillie Road (different Boroughs) you have to pay at the meters.
I've never failed to get somewhere to park there - that's probably cursed me now!
There's also a pub just down the Road called The Rylston which is usually easy to get served in and I think should be ok to take a child in.

I was close but no cigar

Have you been to The Welly since it's been done out?
No, but it may be a bit too small to stage this event?
Thanks for all the suggestions. I have passed them on to little sis. Ultimately it will be down to her where we park. Will keep in touch during next week. See what is decided.
Tip
If you're coming down the M1, it'll be best to go anti clockwise on the M25 and then come into London on the M4/A4 and pick up the A219 at Hammersmith Broadway to Lillie road.
You'll have a mare if you try and drive across London.
My sister is a seasoned driver - goes to every game home and away and has driven in/through London many, many, many times, so I think she will know that.
