I did the gunslinger ones last night (they’re the jim
Calloway ones right?).

I don’t think the game does a good job of explaining how the controls work for duelling.

One question I have, are the stranger missions linked to the chapter? As in do they become available after you’ve progressed out of that area?

I think some are unlocked later as I came across some stranger missions in chapter 3 in places I had already been to in chapter 2 that weren't there before. Either that or they travel around.

Stumbled across the legendary wolf at the geysers easy pickings and I have my amulet thing for better pelts.

Tell me about this amulet. Where do I get one?

You need the antlers from the legendary buck, then get the fence to craft the amulet thingy, it guarantees perfect pelts even if you are hunting with dynamite
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Not quite, still needs to be a one shot kill, but it can be anywhere.

Ah right, well I have the scoped rifle and my deadeye shows weak spots in red.

How did you work your deadye up to get that?

It happens very early nick, mine is doing that and I’m only on level four or five for it.

I hardly ever use deadeye

Need to remember to use it, end up getting a fair few headshots during gunfights anyway tbh.

Yeah I always get headshots, why I haven’t used itlol. Just had a look online and I might even have it.

Always use dead eye as much as possible and go for head shots

No, it should just highlight the key organs.

Was riding from Valentine to Emerald yesterday and was pretty much there when I saw a woman moaning at the side of the road, wanted a lift, I accepted (thinking she wanted to go to Emerald) and when she got on she said she lived in feckin Valentine

Something went wrong because when I got off and highlighted her I then chose the option 'decline' and Arthur said blah blah you'll have to make your own way, my honour metre went down for it, but she WOULDN'T GET OFF THE HORSE.

She even said 'oh, right, okay then I guess I'll make my own way' but STILL WOULDN'T GET OFF.

I had to ride out the way a bit off the beaten track and shoot her in the head.
