You can just buy a Black Arabian from St Denis stables if you cba to find and catch the white one. It's $1k or something around that price.

I've got a Hungarian Halfbred which is supposed to be one of the best horses but it's only rated 4 for speed and stamina or whatever it's rated on.

I hear the stables in St Denis are the best places for horses? I'm currently doing the missions in Rhodes, can you just ride over to St Denis anytime?

Has anyone that his finished the game continued playing through the side missions? I have finished it now and am looking at doing some of the missions that I might have missed. Will I be able to play all of them, or are some of them not available once you have passed a certain point in the game?

You can go there for a look around but you won't unlock certain horses to buy at the stables until your story actually progresses to St Denis.

Finished the game weeks ago, I always did the side missions along with the main ones. Don’t know if they disappear after a certain point of not doing them.

I did the side missions as and when I found them, but I know there are some that I haven't done, such at the Vampire one.

Quite a lot of the side missions disappear once you progress past it in the story as they'd become irrelevant, that's why it's best not to hammer the main story so fast and do them as you go along.

The other side parts, like the challenges, and 'find these dinosaur bones/cigarette cards' type missions can still be done, as well as the random encounter ones.

I don’t think that would disappear tbh, it’s not related to the storyline of the game.

I have taken the story pretty steady to be fair and done any side missions as I have found them. I don't think that I will have missed too many.

One of my favourite 'missions' so far is fishing with Hosea and Dutch on the lake. That was a lot of fun.

Really enjoy fishing on the game perhaps I should have just bought a fishing game

I popped in to pay my bounty off at the station, came out to find my horse had got killed by a train.

Traumatised me.

Just make sure you always carry as much of the horse reviver as possible.

I caught a train somewhere and was enjoying the scene as I pulled into the station, only to see the train run down my horse and kill him. God knows how he had beat the train to the fecking station!
