Sat is used in the past tense, the present perfect tense and the future perfect tense. So I would say that I am sat is OK.

I don't care that it is grammatically correct. It irritates 666, and that's good enough for me.

You would be hard pushed to find something that doesn't irritate 666.

People have a huge capacity for adjusting to what becomes normal to them. From this datum, slight improvements are good and slight deterioration is bad. But such improvements or deteriorations soon become normal.

But, as to Derby beating Sheffield United today? that would be fantastic. Especially if Forest lose.
