Happy to say I saw him play live in his pomp.

What a ball footballer.

Wish him all the best and hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Awful news that. Hope he makes a quick recovery.

Remember the 80's Hoddle. A very talented player, and probably wasted a little by England. Arguably England's best manager since Robson as well.
Hoping for a speedy recovery.

What’s the cause of his illness? Anyone know? Stoke, heart attack?

posted on 27/10/18

He was apparently kicking a ball round the studio and took ill.

He is probably punished for being evil in a past life. Just like he said about disabled people. I despise the nasty fruitcake.

Ouch. Relevant but probably very uncalled for. That would imply that you believe in all that sky fairy nonsense. You shouldn’t. Life is just a caaant at times.,rough with the smooth.

I knew exactly what he was trying to say about people with disabilities and it wasn't malicious.

Maybe not malicious, but that sort of statement puts you into the facktard logic zone of sky fairy believers. I’m certain that it was not meant in any harm, but it’s s facking idiotic thing to say.

Apparently Glenn had a heart attack and was saved by a BT Sport employee who knew how to administer first aid, he has had stents inserted and is conscious but remains in intensive care, still fingers crossed but it looks like he should be ok thank god

He is entitled to his faith and beliefs...............I never interpreted those views as him being unsympathetic towards less fortunate people, I took it as his justification for believing in a higher power

Hoddle was steering England through the 2000 European Championship qualifying campaign when he made the controversial comments, interpreted as suggesting disabled people were being made to pay for the sins of past lives.

“You and I have been physically given two hands and two legs and half-decent brains,” he was quoted as saying.

“Some people have not been born like that for a reason. The karma is working from another lifetime. I have nothing to hide about that. It is not only people with disabilities. What you sow, you have to reap.”

Karma works in mysterious ways. Hope no bad comes him but he gets no sympathy from me.

Get off this thread you disgusting piece of shiiiiit

He didn’t say anything worse than hoddle did originally, which cost him his job.
