Pilots are trained to deal with crash landings but there's not much you do with a fire like that if it was spontaneous.
Jamie Hardy just tweeted so his fine, any players ever go on board ?
Prayers, hymns, chants, mantras, best wishes, reflections, special superstitions.....whatever it is, let’s all do every/anything to hope that somehow, a miracle.
I don’t much about helicopters or how they attempt to crash land, provisions on board or where the engine and therefore initiation combustion for inferno would be but I just hope there is somehow an opportunity to survive

Who normally goes on it from the Club?
Vichai and Rudkin?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Vichai, Top and their family as well as a handful of delegates
Apparently Top wasn’t at the match tonight.
They are saying Top wasn't at the game but the owner was.
So sad this.
I hate helicopters, doesn't look positive.
Some suggestion that Jon Rudkin wasn’t on board.

Apparently the helicopter is an AW169, so there would be a maximum of 10 people on board.
I travel and fly everywhere round the world, but wouldn't dream of getting in a helicopter. There is judd something unsafe about them I just don't like and far to many high profile Helicopter crashes have happened. Hope everyone is ok but doesn't look good.
Went into a spin, that usually means the tail rotor failed.

Definitely an AW169, reg. no. G-VSKP.
Flew from London area to Leicester City football ground earlier this evening.
TTliv, like someone said to me once and it really rings true. " A plane loses power, it glides like a plane to safety. A helicopter loses power, it falls like a brick"
Wouldn't get in one if you paid me
Barely made 100 meters after lift off from the pitch.
No chance of survival whoever was on board.
Bloody hell, shocking news. Sadly you really can’t see any survivors from that sort of fire let alone the crash itself
Been in them round Nyc, Monaco & Vegas, never had a problem.
Thing is, how many times has this chopper not had a problem?
Only takes one.
LCFC say they’ll put out a more detailed statement later once details have been established.
In the meantime, all the kind words from other fans are appreciated.
Thoughts are with you guys tonight, tragic accident.
If the owner was ok they would have said so already.
Tragic accident, sad day all around for football.

Vichai was onboard and the fire started due to a failure during take off and prior the crash. A statement is being released in the morning.
