Plain Rich Tea. Clue is in the name. Probably.

Granted it's a classic, an originator that many have mimicked, but also many have surpassed.

Like the Rene Higuita of biscuits. The original sweeper keeper (maybe)

Dipping chocolate into hot tea seems a bit of a mistake, no?

Anyone who dips their short bread in tea needs to be castrated, imo.

Yes, I agree Serial. Surely that just strips it of its coating of sugar?

So, here's a thought. There's probably going to be certian biscuits better suited to a certain tea.

So, where I drink tea with no sugar, I appreciate a nice sweet biscuit to compliment it.

But a Rich tea, I could see working really well with hot sugary tea.

And then there's earl gray, which is probably eaten with some sort of macaroon fancy dan thing that I have no concept of

Best sausages to dunk into tea?

posted on 31/10/18

Don't drink tea, coffee only.

1> NEVER dunk Shortbread in anything, just NO

2> Chocolate on a hob-nob is just plain wrong.

3> The remaining choices are all very dunkable in coffee.

4> Gingernuts would just overpower the tea I think.

Coffee Creams into black tea would be somewhat of a juxtaposition. Potentially. Or not.

Hob nobs are wildly overrated. Like eating MDF.

Just to be clear, the OP does state "best biscuit to GO with tea."

Granted I did go into the physics of Dunk Theory a little, but this isn't a dunk only area.

A cup of tea with a Non-Dunk is perfectly acceptable if you want to make the case for it.
