Fair comment, I fully agree with that. Teams find it easier to contain him this season compared to last season when he was an absolute beast. Yesterday he was virtually anonymous, admittedly due to Torreira who brilliantly cut out Mo's usual supply lines.

Usually when this happens its because teams are now more aware of Salah and adjusting as required.

Last season no one really rated him and we got laughed at by some on this site for signing him.

He caught them while they were sleeping and now we need to use the Salah effect to our advantage as teams are committing to defending against what we were doing last season.

Need to catch them sleeping again but with something else and before they can figure that out Salah will catch them sleeping again.

In any case Salah has still scored and assisted enough for a top player so far with 7 goals and 3 assists.

Hazard for instance has 8 goals and 4 assists and is apparently having a storming season.

Not really. Been off the boil so to speak since he got a bumper new deal. It’s called doing a Sturridge.

Just because you can post that on here doesn't make it true but if you post it enough times then it will come true.
