Why does the BBC post so many comments that misunderstand VAR.
Firstly VAR only corrects CLEAR AND OBVIOUS ERRORS. the linos flag was NONE of those, secondly even if there IS a review, play CONTINUES untill the ball is next out of play, at which point it stops incase it needs to come back.
Ergo: Liverpools goal would still have happened, because the VAR review showing offside would have validated our phase of play and goal.
How do people not get this?
