Their opponents know Barca well in Spain.

Spurs will know little about Barca and will be in a foreign land etc.

Its not easy to do what Betis did, takes a lot of background which Spurs simply don't have.

First things first, we need to beat Inter by two goals (or 1-0?) to put it in our hands. If that doesn't happen, Barca is moot

If we do beat Inter, Barca will guarantee top spot with a point v PSV.

Hopefully that means they will rest players for our game - they have an away derby v Espanyol prior to it, and another away at Levante after it

The problem we have is a few of our players lack the ability to keep the ball. They get pressed and more likely than not they will lose the ball.
Betis are a Spanish team and more likely than not are more technically astute as a team and wont fear the press as a number of our players would.
You keep giving the ball away to Barca they will hurt you.
