Not reading that but how much does it contribute to Ireland’s economy? 🤔

More than Rangers contributed to the Queen's coffers.

Maybe well run but it’s all a bit boring isn’t it, would be more exhilarating to always be under the threat of extinction. Like you don’t want to be the crack addict down the road but would be interested to know what it’s all about

Aye it just goes to show how much money the club, and football in general, brings in to the economy.
No doubt the media will find a negative way to spin it

This is clearly a not so subtle message to someone, probably the government/council, a lot of big sporting brands are heavily subsidized due to the contribution they make to the countries economy and I suspect that's something Celtic are looking to exploit to some extent.

Not being a kant but when you add up what they contribute why should they be funded?
Fencing
Weightlifting
Ice skating
volleyball
synchronised swimming
competitive walking
archery
caber tossing

Seems lawell , sorry the independent commission cough, has been making up some figures. The golf figure for example has been said to be 286 million. Significantly different!
He also talks of all these tourists. They aren’t tourists, they are Scottish and Irish based Celtic fans.
Talk of partnerships with the city council cmon tar fook the city council paid for Celtic way ffs. That partnership is long established as is the Scottish government one with the vast majority not hiding their Celtic allegiance.
Lawells went a bit Dave kingy, is he ok?
