They don't like losing. I am expecting a strong team.
Valverde is highly likely to rotate, possibly giving Messi the night off altogether. He stated at the start of the season he wanted to keep players fresh for the back end of the season if/when he gets the chance.
Barca would be nothing without Messi. Imagine if they had to play the likes of Real Madrid without Messi. They’d lose comfortable by 4 or 5 I reckon.
We’ve given ourselves a fighting chance but it really shouldn’t have come to this.
Still annoyed with the PSV away game
Yes Henge, the PSV away game should of been 3 points and we would be in a much better position, so annoying.

PSV away was 2 points squandered but it took a very lucky late winner to beat them at Wembley so maybe 4 points from the 2 games was about fair?
Don't underestimate how much harder its going to be for Barca to win La Liga this season. They will have to rest 31 year old Messi when they get the chance, imagine the fans reaction if he got injured in a meaningless game.

Depends how you look at it i suppose. In my view we are a far superior team and should’ve took 6 points.
Tbh it’s been a pretty annoying CL campaign this season although i suppose it wouldn’t be the same compared to how good last season was.
If we can put out a full strength side and go for it like we did against Chelsea then we can beat them whether they put a strong side out or not. We will have to hope they aren't playing at their best which is possible since they don't need to win it. Plus they're not the peak Barcelona they were years ago.
There are things in our favour but the one thing I believe won't be is the Inter match. They're going to win that game.
PSV and Inter should have been closed out as wins. Defence on both occasions especially from set pieces was unacceptable in the closing moments.
Best not to dwell on what we should have done in the previous games. Let's just be thankful we've still got a chance to qualify at this point, and it would be an even sweeter way to qualify if we manage it.
"....deserve to be going through in the group to be honest...."
Why do they?
You deserve nothing in sport more than what you get by achievement.
"We lost 2-1 bur deserved to win"
1, you didn't play, they did and you watched, so grow up and stop pretending that you're anything more than leeching off of others talents
2, they scored less goals thsn the opposition, so they lost, according to the format of the game where most goals wins.

Don, very annoying that Spurs are having an uphill battle to qualify, when such poor team like Man United have already gone through. That is why cup competitions are so hit and miss, the better teams do not always get through. Reason Liverpool got to the final, they had a very easy passage.
The better teams get the job done before the last game

Both and Inter and PSV were so poor to drop points from winning positions, even a draw in Milan would have put Spurs through last night.

Do you think being a better football team would have helped?
Don, if Spurs can go full strength, then I fancy us, whatever team Barcelona put out. They caught Spurs at Wembley on a bad day, with lots of key players missing.
I am still also hopeful PSV can go to Milan and get at least a draw, meaning Spurs may only need to avoid defeat in the Barcelona.

Spurs never get gimmee groups like United though. United won`t go much further than the first knockout stages, very poor side.
PSV hit the woodwork four times against Barca last night and missed a whole host of other chances. They had 23 attempts with 9 on target.
If Barca needed to win, they wouldn't allow this to happen. This gives me hope that they'll have the same attitude against us and we can nick a result.

Annoying mate that Barca decided to turn up at Wembley against an understrength Spurs, they are not great European travellers these days, and with a better side on the pitch, I would have fancied Spurs to turn over Barca.
