Well...if he was really obsessed he would have read it.

I did.

And he has blamed the inability of others to receive funds for the lack if a share offer. Also that a US company (with a very limited history) is in administration due to liks with criminal activity.

None of that is a reason to delay.

Also..his claim that several shareholders have 'agreed not to purchase shares' has already been denied by at least one such shareholder.

Finally...that last point looks like collusion to me. I'm surprised he brought that up at all.
