What do your sources tell you?
a dip in form for a few months is considered a travesty these days it seems
"Dempsey signed- you heard it here first"
Plays far too deep from watching the game yesterday, trying to accommodate Shaqiri, Salah, Mane & Firmino seems to be a problem for the set up of the team.
What’s the change of system?

We don't press anymore. All of our players defend deep and usually the only outlet for a counter is Salah which is why you see so many hoofs to him this season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ah. Looked like mane was your main outlet yesterday.

I watched Roberto for most of the game yesterday. His play was good, he got involved, but, round about the 80th minute it became quite apparent what was wrong.
He made a dash for the Everton goal, defender hot on his heels. By the time he was just outside their penalty box he let blaze, and the ball went west.
It was quite evident to me that Firminho was somewhere between tired and exhausted. The same goes for Mo. The way he walked off when subbed tood it all.
It's time for our strikers to be given a rest

Not sure about that Jimmy. He was poor most of the game. His touch was off, he looked lost at times, he misplaced simple passes.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think that the points you make, all legitimate, merely underline my view: he is tired, physically tired, mentally tired, hence his general performance. The comments from Reds all around me in the stands was the same, he should have been subbed earlier.
The whole front 3 need a rest.
We need another attacker in January to take the weight off Firmino and Salah. Both haven't been great all season.
Yeah not like you bought Shaqiri, and Sturridge been saving you off the bench, oh and origi...yeah another attacker is needed...
We don’t need a attacker. We need a baller in midfield. Got too many “mad dogs” in midfield and not enough class.

Shaqiri has been playing in midfield, Sturridge is injury prone and Origi has played about 10 minutes in the last season and a half...

We should sign David Silva from City.

you "mad" midfielders were one of the main reasons you did so well last year, that press may have started from up top but milner, Henderson, gw were all just as good in pressing in midfield, fabinho and kieta(when they play) just by early viewing don't press as much so its more difficult to get those brutal counter attacks going
There's a Liverpool website that gathers pressing data and has already noted that Fabinho's pressing numbers are more than anything any of our midfielders put up last season.

That was good enough for a 4th place finish but and we are now pressing less so more quality is needed now from midfield. Need to keep the ball better while in the final 3rd our current crop are lacking quality.
