It's a what have you done for us lately relationship with the players. But it needs to be at times because we can't afford to have passengers. Steady reliable is more than can be said of Flanagan. Its maybe not the greatest compliment a player could be given but it is true. He's not a player that has let the team down and cost goals or points.

I kinda feel sorry for Flanagan. He's being played completely out of position. Hard enough moving to Rangers for a player as it is. A bit of a fall guy for fans tbh.
