I think that you need to find the right balance of youth and experience. Turning the other way and signing only experienced players is not he answer either.
Am not being mean, am just spitting thd truth here but it is obvious that most people cant handle the truth.
One thing I've learned is to temper my expectations of our upcoming youths. I see some posts raving about some of them yet I recall jizzing in my pants at the sight of youth teams with Denilson and Diaby some years back destroying Liverpool.
The Cesc issue changed me forever!

Frimpong has already shown he is not good enough and should be shipped out ASAP! Ramsey has been totally **** and things need to change quickly or he heads back to the championship because he looks like a championship player at the moment.

I thought he looked ok from what I have seen. The lad is only 19 mate - give him a chance. Dont forget that he is playing in a team that is struggling right now. Many people wrote Fletcher off and he developed into a very valuable player for us. Although he isnt playing too well right now.
Looks like a WUM article, but funnily enough I agree with a lot of what you say (except putting ramsey on transfer list...thats ridiculous). Hence 5 stars from me.
Arsenal and Arsene did so much Cesc- we sold two club captains and ledgends in Patrick Vieira and Henry to aid his development. Sold Vieira as Cesc was a natural replacement to him, and the departure of Henry IMO freed up Fabregas a lot more. He spoke massively of how much Arsene Wenger did for him, yet he decides to walk out on him when he needs him the most.
Seriously Wumpatrol, you shouldn't let what Cesc did affect how you feel about the rest of the youth.
The way you will get loyalty is from the UK breed youth, Frimpong will come good, but one thing I like is he loves Arsenal and he is passionate about the club. Just watch his interviews!
If only we could do it the ways the Mancs manage it, blend of experience and youth at the right time and yes timing is essential. They looked like old men last year now look at them, messiah Fergy.
Yes indeedy, loyalty is a two-way thing.
Why should players be loyal to supporters that regularly form lynch mobs to jeer at teammates that do their best, call them plank, clown, donkey etc?
And why should players be loyal to a club that will sell them on rather than offer a retirement plan like Giggs, Scholes etc got?
To add, if Fletcher can make it Frimpong certainly has a future at Arsenal, his strong and his attitude is fantastic (Frimpong). Sometimes you need players like this, get my drift ?

I don't need couselling and it is not just Cesc but several other mercenaries we have had at the club. These footballers are ALL the same although RVP is proving an exception to the rule. Loyalty is dead in football. Even English youth are not to be trusted. Ashley Cole?
And gooners as much as you can deny Ramsey has been garbage and this love in is simply ridiculous!

Bad news on the RVP front Wum p... Darren Dein is now his agent.
Seriously though, you can't start slating Frimpong this early in his career. Yes, he looked pretty avaerage in pre-season, but he's looked good since then I thought.
I know his dismissal against Liverpool had a strong baring on us losing the game, but that was as much down to him not having any strong characters around him on the pitch that could've pulled him up and told him to calm down.
But that's Wenger's fault, not his.
How about his first half perfomance against Swansea Lexi? That was quite shocking!
Thw whole team played like dogs against Swansea.
Wumpatrol - What exactly is a mercenary?
Does it mean if a player leaves a club for better prospects and money they are automatically a mercenary?
So what about the players we bought from other clubs, why shouldn't they be loyal to their club and not come to us.
Players come and go for different reasons and not all the reasons are bad.
If the AFC stays the same way for a few years I wouldn't blame RVP, Verminator, Wilshere leaving tbh!

First point. Willing buyer, willing seller so that point is basically irrelevant! Second point, who said I am expecting any loyalty from them? They can leave if they want as long as we get the amount we want from the transfer I don't care! They should expect any words of encouragent and any support from us when the hit a rough patch though. Football has lost all the heart and it now just a show of overpaid divas kicking a ball for money and nothing else.
