I see his point though. Obviously he won't be complaining if the stadium makes you play better and smash all of Cardiff's rivals, but if you struggle to adapt and drop points, then that could be the difference between a team like Cardiff staying up or not.

You should just move in next season in all honesty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree 100%. There is an integrity issue if a team changes stadium during a season, especially more than halfway into the season
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Spurs have already changed a stadium, they played at MK Dons, didn`t hear a peep from anybody about that.

Spurs playing at their HOME stadium should concern nobody other than Spurs and their fans.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That should have not happened either. I believe true lovers of sport do value competition integrity. Its not a Spurs issue, its about all competition participants. Anyway clearly the PL have made their decision so Spurs will move when they can and not when they should.

He's got a point Sandy tbh.

On top of that the PL said it should never be allowed to happen.

Incredibly unprofessional by Spurs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes very unprofessional, Spurs wanting to play at home after playing away for 18 months.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Exactly. Poorly planned and executed.

Just imagine Spurs playing at home for the first time in 18 months, 2nd in the leaue, semi-final of the league cup, last 16 of the CL, and FA Cup to come. God forbid the authorities let Spurs play at HOME.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

That would upset the cartel at the FA for sure

Sandy, debate the actual issue for a change, don't smoke screen it and make it about something it isn't.

What issue?

Suddenly taking the high moral view, are we?

What about the number of young players on Chelse books, out on loan?

Stopping other clubs from getting them to help Chelsea out?

You seem to be the missing the point that the premier League and Scudamore already told you that you have to play all home games in one stadium for the competition's integrity.

The game at MK dons was a league cup game so doesn't affect the prem.

I think that is an issue too and have said so on relevant threads. But why are you defensive. No one is attacking Spurs. This is a Premier League issue.

I don't like Wembley anymore than the next man, especially this season with the top tier closed. However having got half way through the season there I think its time we sucked it up and began at the new stadium in August.

Nothing to do with Warnock I just think for maximum impact it should be an August not a Feb/March thing.

But then it wouldn't be the only place in London to watch CL!

Really this is Warnock taking the conversation away from his team getting humped by the big boys again.

But there is a fair point there. Teams will have a better chance of winning at Wembley than New WHL, In my opinion.

I mean, this is BS. It's not unprofessional; just an overrunning project. Not playing at NWHL is costing is tens of millions a month - if there's any chance of moving to the new stadium this season, we will.

Having to play in multiple stadiums is the byproduct of subcontractor failures.

I actually think we should end the season at Wembley to and start fresh next season. Honestly, what is the point of moving into our new stadium for 3 games ? Just so spursy the whole bloody thing.

Straight in for me Don, as soon as possible. I don`t give a flying feck whether it will or will not give Spurs an advantage or disadvantage. Even if it was for only one game, I would love to just get back to WHL.

Spurs have been playing every game away from home for the past 18 months, so about time we went home, if the stadium is ready.

Of course it's unprofessional as Spurs have had to ask for special dispensation.

If the project is behind (and grossly over budget) then it's either been planned incorrectly either through implementation or planning and that's indisputable. Saying it's due to sub contractors is a huge cop out. It's widely noted that Levy used far too many contractors for a start.

To then not have a contingency already sorted is at best remiss and at worst negligent.
