Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award for December.
Nuno is up against Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp, Chelsea’s Maurizio Sarri, West Ham’s Manuel Pellegrini and Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino for the gong.
Wolves picked up 13 points from a possible 18 last month, recording memorable victories against Chelsea and Tottenham along the way.
Last time he won, we went on a losing spree I think.
Well Solanke and Clyne won't be playing because they have both signed for Bournemouth.
Now this is nice .........
Still feeling the pain ?
Revenge is sweet, come and laugh at Chorley playing today at Hereford.
Chorley is a name that sends shivers down the spine of everyone that was supporting Wolves in the mid 80s. Didn’t just beat us in the fa Cup they thrashed us. Unfondly remembered as the lowest point in Wolves history. Fortunately we signed Steve Bull around the same time and things started to get a lot better. But it’s still taken over 30 years from there to get back to being a decent top flight team
i went to all 3 games. plenty of lows at that time and chorley definitely one of the very lowest
Have you seen the state of this article from that Spurs fan who was all over here?

Actually thinks they are better than Liverpool and Man City.
other spurs fans seem doubtful that sandy is quite the full ticket.

To be fair it is clear Stoke have far bigger issues than a misfiring front line.
Fackin face losing to Accrington
Gillingham 1 Colin's bunch of cloggers 0
I put £50 on Ipswich to get relegated when they appointed Lambert.
Total fraud of a manager.
He is a disgrace and should be removed from the game for what happened at Wolves. Absolutely clear racial and xenophobic undertones to his time here.

They are not very happy bunnies on their forum tonight...
I'm wondering whether to register to join in and maybe explain where they've been going wrong.
Then again I wouldn't want to antagonise them.
I know they sold over ten million quids worth of talent in the summer and replaced it with nobodies from Crawley and the like, I imagine that gave last seasons manager a good advantage
They really should have kept Mick, although I heard one of their fans on talksport the other day saying... I don’t care if we get relegated, so long as I don’t have to watch that turgid antiquated bollax that Mick served up !
He was a season ticket holder for numerous year and said that that merlin was the worst of the worst in terms of style. I thought it a bit strong but could see where he was coming from
Furthermore, I was thinking of selling the FA cup match thread franchise to the highest bidder, so I’ll start the bidding at £1000, so just shout up your best offer and I’ll let you have my bank details !
Happy bidding

Relegation will do them good, clear out the crap and build again, sounds familiar doesn't it.
Sack Mick.
Select poor replacement.
Plummet.
Continue plummeting to League 1.
Involve Lambert at some stage.
If only there had been some kind of historic model they could have studied to help them with their predicament...
They still have some fans who believe Lambert will be their saviour, while others still despise him for his Norwich past.
You missed the ''selling the family silver in the summer'' bit .
Mick was a remarkable success story at Ipswich keeping them above water while contributing millions a year to reducing their debt. Even after he left they saw benefit from his management getting in over £10m for players he had bought in for £2.5m. Impossible for anyone to keep things going for them under similar restraints. Wonder if Wolves would be where they are now if Nuno had been given a transfer budget of minus £10m a season rather than plus £60m
It truly is amazing that no club came for him in all that time at Ipswich doing arguably the most incredible job any manager has likely ever done at any club in the history of English football
