In an ideal and unrealistic world we’d maybe get a proven goalscorer in their late twenties/early thirties, a Cavani, an Aubameyang type signing. And we sign someone like Jovic too as back up. Rid of both Morata and Giroud. Jovic is defo having a great breakthrough season but at age 20 would he be ready to be the starting CF? I’m surprised no one mentions him as much as Piatek still
Believe Jovic is on loan from Benfica to Frankfurt.
Really good season for him so far, would love him as a 2nd striker to someone like Icardi but it's a long shot.
Doesn't look a striker will be signed in January so we'll have to make do with Hazard, Morata and Giroud up front this season.
Overhaul this summer by the looks of it with lots of outgoings and some incomings.
Jovic looks good but I doubt the club will go for him.. there's not even been gutter press linking him with Chelsea.
I think the club will go for someone like Piątek. My personal choice would be Icardi obviously but that seems a pipe dream too.
So will Chelsea break the bank & sign Icardi for 90-100 million pounds this transfer window or in the summer transfer window is my second question for you guys.
