Need to go to a diamond. Torreira on for Koscielny or AMN.
We've defended in the final third better than I thought, but there are so many stray passes and delayed decision making by certain players which has completely snuffed our momentum when we attack.
Maitland-Niles has been really poor, which makes it all the more confusing why Bellerin isn't starting if he's on the bench.
We aren't controlling midfield well enough and though we've had a few chances, Laca and Auba have been quite isolated. We desperately need creativity in this team.
We are shiete without Ozil and Ramsey. Admit it y'all
At this point, our season is being sabotaged by this insanity of freezing out Ozil and Ramsey from the team. Ozil was apparently dropped for "tactical reasons" and not even good enough to make the bench, and Emery's lovechild, Gwen, is on the pitch. West Ham are actually looking the technically superior side and in the ascendancy and confidently asserting themselves in the game.
The big disappointment is Emery looks even further away from establishing an identity than his first couple of months where we grew with each game after the 2 early defeats. We've been absolute waank for some time now and he's made it worse with his strange selections driven by a mysterious agenda nobody understands. This is a must-win game with Spurs and Man U playing later and we look the inferior side to West Ham.
Ozil's been sh!t 9 times out of 10, only gets rated when he doesn't play.
A draw is no good. We have Chelsea next at home which is going to be a struggle and then City after Cardiff which is a guaranteed bloodbath

We don't even have Mkhi to provide the creativity so not using Ozil is criminal.

When we play like we have done today, it's no wonder why. He's still our best creative outlet. We are lacking creativity.
AMN has been abject and has to come off; Ramsey should also replace Gwen.
Think we will finish 6th again this season. United have a better team and squad than us and expect them to overtake us eventually
We are shiiiiiit with Ozil and Ramsey, not just without them.
Not having Ozil as an option to use from the bench is weird. But Sky said he has a knee injury?
He's been poor almost every game he played though so what are we missing? I agree he could contribute at least off the bench but long term it's more important he leaves so no issues with freezing him out.

This would make sense if we were Barcelona or City, not facking Arsenal. Ozil is by far the best attacking midfielder we have, so to pretend we don't need him is ridiculous. This is compounded by the fact we've lost other attacking players like Mkhi and Welbeck to injury, so we're not exactly overflowing with options.
West Ham's defense isnt good but we cant show that because we arent playing with any pressure or urgency.
Really need to change something. For me Gwendouzi slows down everything and AMN has been poor today.

His final ball. We will probably look to flog him off soon, but it is clear for everyone to see what this team lacks without him in the side right now. He's still one of our best chance creators despite him missing half of the season already.
I'm not a big Ozil fan, but it is clear that we could do with him in games like this where we are struggling to break the opposition down.
While he is here, we may as well use him.
Emery says he's still suffering from a knee injury. I don't know if that's true or not, but one way or another, we need to find better creativity in this side.

We're in facking top 4 race. Harming yourself just to get a player off the books doesn't seem a very clever thing to do. And Ozil's form has a lot to do with his relationship with the manager which is clearly toxic. Freezing out and alienating a player, then pointing to his low confidence when he plays, seems a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Also when's the last time two upfront worked for us? Without a natural creative player Auba and Laca look disconnected from midfield.
Laca looks sharp though. Should have scored at least one.

He's a liability, he's not our best AM. once every couple of months maybe. You said that Emery needs to build his identity, Ozil and Ramsey clearly don't figure in his plans long term so how would it help his identity making them both key players?
I'm beginning to realise how lucky I am having given up my season ticket this year. This team is utter dross.
